By using this website or accessing any part thereof, you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. We reserve the right to amend those Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so you should regularly check them before using the website to keep informed of any changes.
Products will be dispatched from our pharmacy in Brisbane, Queensland.
Our order cut-off time is 8pm (Queensland time) daily, to enable overnight processing. Orders received after 8pm (Queensland time) will be processed the day following, before being dispatched to Australia Post to ship to you. If your order is placed on the weekend or on a public holiday, then your order will be processed by us on the next business day.
If further information is required from you, you will be contacted by one of the Prescription Vape team members, and this may delay the order being sent to you. We offer free express shipping for orders over $100. For any orders below this amount, you will see a shipping charge added to the cart page and you agree to payment of this at the time you enter in your payment details. This charge may change from time to time.
We will ship your products with Australia Post using their Express Post delivery service. While our target timeframe is next day delivery (for major metropolitan areas), please be mindful of current delays due to COVID-19 across most logistics services. All deliveries are tracked and sent via Australia Post – you will receive an email from Australia Post so you are able to track your order.
